Mission St., where clerks reported a person had pumped more than $40 worth of gasoline into a white SUV and left without paying. With the help of the clerk and another witness, police identified the suspect.&nbsp;Police also learned the same suspect and vehicle were involved in a second theft of gas, this time at the Citgo station at 910 W. Pickard. Pleasant Police Department as suspects in a recent string of spray-paint vandalisms downtown.&nbsp;The department investigated more than a dozen complaints of spray painting recently found on fences, dumpsters and businesses.&nbsp;The department’s Youth and Community Service Unit received a tip on Tuesday about a possible suspect. His four home runs were one more than he had all of 2011 and equaled his total from his first three seasons in the Maroon and Gold combined. The Great Lakes Institute for Sustainable Systems put on the competition.&nbsp;“This was such an honor,” Grotkowski said to CM Life, Central Michigan’s student newspaper. “The competition was throughout the whole state, it’s not just the school or out of so many people. Carras, who set bond at $50,000 cash or surety, which has been posted. Bond conditions include no contact with the victim, no firearms or dangerous weapons, and drugs or alcohol.&nbsp;Police omitted the case from the daily media log, so it was not reported until now.&nbsp;The case was bound over to the circuit court on Dec. 12, after Nitschke waived a preliminary hearing. The 17 points was the third most of her career and finished the game 4-for-5 from the line, a season-high. She finished the week averaging almost a double-double in points and rebounds (15 points, nine rebounds) and led her team in scoring and rebounding. Central scored the final four points of the half to cut the halftime deficit to 35-25. Central committed 13 turnovers in the first half, which led to 17 Ole Miss points.&nbsp;The entire second half was used by CMU to get back in the game. She dished out four assists in her 39 minutes of play.&nbsp;The 6-0 guard from Flint, Mich., is currently averaging 7.9 points per game and 6.6 rebounds. Fuller, 31, on Wednesday appeared before U.S. District Judge Thomas L. Ludington in Bay City and pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.&nbsp;Fuller strangled his sister, Iva J. Fuller, 25, in her home on the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Reservation on July 10, 2010, according to U.S. Attorney Barbara L. McQuade. Fuller was released from a state prison four days before the slaying, having served three years for assaulting, resisting or obstructing a police officer and third-degree fleeing police.&nbsp;Fuller attempted to conceal the killing by flooding the kitchen floor where the slaying occurred.
