Mt. Pleasant Chamber president resigns, to begin new job creating Area Health Education Center for Central Michigan University

Mt. Pleasant Area Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Lisa Hadden has announced her resignation at the Chamber to accept a new position creating the mid-Michigan Area Health Education Center at Central Michigan University. Hadden will begin her new position August 20. “I honestly didn’t dream I’d be called in for an interview, but they really liked my background,” Hadden said. “Next thing I knew, they were offering me the position.” Hadden said she has past experiences both in health profession education and community development, two sectors she will be combining at her new position.
