The man, who lives in Harrison and whose name is not being released until he is charged, was arrested by state troopers and Clare County Sheriff’s deputies at a friend’s house, where he confessed to firinig a .22 caliber rifle several times at a train traveling through Surrey Township March 8, state police Sgt. Joshua Lator said Thursday.
He was taken to the Clare County Jail for felonious assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of methamphetamines, possession of analogues and possession of marijuana.
